Capo at 2, everything I say here is relative to the capo The main part is just an E with a descending bass note. Here's the condensed version of how I play it. Listen to the song to determine the strumming pattern. I've broken it out into bars: E|-0-|-0-|-0-|-0-0-|-0-| B|-0-|-0-|-0-|-0-0-|-0-| G|-1-|-1-|-1-|-1-1-|-1-| D|-2-|-2-|-2-|-2-2-|-2-| A|-2-|-2-|-0-|-----|-0-| E|-0-|-0-|---|-4-2-|-0-| If you wanted, you could keep fretting the 2 on the A string and instead do 5-4-2 on the E but I find it easier the way I've written it. Chords: E : 022100 G#m: 466444 (Not sure if this is the right chord but it's close) A : x02220 B : x24442 B7 : x24242 E Black mollies in the aquarium Darting back and forth as though an earthquake were certain And I turned up the heater And I ripped off my shirt G#m And I grabbed hold of my stereo A B And I threw it out the window E You were in town again You'd come around again E B7 E You were dragging me down again with you E Siamese fish flashing like sparklers It started to rain And the telephone rang a couple of times I put a bullet through its cold dead brain G#m and I got out my photographs of you A B and I put bullets though all of them too E You were in town again You'd come around again E B7 E You were dragging me down again with you
