Not sure who did the previous ones, but I play this song a lot and wanted to fix up the chords a bit so they're easier to read. Left the previous one below this. - Lord of Dutch 

The chords in this song's verse aren't just strummed, they're kind of finger plucked. 

For instance: C would be played:
