As far as I can tell JD only plays open chords; I've mostly just called them by the basic chord name instead of properly naming them. In order of appearance:

E: 079900
A: 0(12)(14)(14)00 or 0(12)(14)(14)(14)0
B: 799800
A2: 577600
D: 057700
C: 035500
B2: 024400

When playing E and A (really E5 and Asus2), JD sometimes does little riffs that alternate between E5 and E5maj7 (079800), and Asus2 and a weird chord (0(12)(13)(14)00).
